Shipping & Cash on Delivery Policy

We deliver to all seven emirates of the UAE. Orders are packed and delivered by our fulfilment partner, Tazah Global LLC-FZ (Zambeel), and its courier partners.

Delivery time and fee

• Delivery time: 2–4 days after order confirmation. Remote areas may take longer.

• Delivery fee: Free, shown at checkout before you place your order.

• Orders are not delivered on public holidays, and delays can occur during peak seasons or bad weather.

Order confirmation

After you order, our team may call or message you on WhatsApp to confirm your order and address. Please keep your phone reachable. Orders we cannot confirm may be cancelled.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. The amount is the order total shown at checkout, including 5% VAT.

• Please have the exact amount ready if possible.

• Check the package in front of the courier where possible. If it is visibly damaged, tell the courier and contact us.

Refused or failed deliveries

If you refuse a delivery without a valid reason, or the courier cannot reach you after repeated attempts, the order is cancelled. We may decline future Cash on Delivery orders from customers with repeated refused deliveries.
